Love it or hate it, everybody knows what a London Dry Gin tastes like. It's so ubiquitous that most drinkers are unaware that other categories of gin have existed just as long, or that modern innovation is redefining what gin can taste like. 

Join Academy Mixologist, Vyvyan DeCleyre, as we sample three exciting gins that will expand your definition of this classic spirit.

Academy Homeroom courses are open to all and cover a wide array of topics. These courses are free or discounted for Academy members.

The Club will also be open during regular hours for Members and their guests not attending this event. Regular Club guest policy applies.
