Academy Homeroom: Mastering the Manhattan

Join Academy Mixologist, Vyvyan DeCleyre, as we take a deep dive into the Manhattan family of stirred cocktails! Want to learn how to make world class stirred drinks in your home, plus bartending techniques such as dilution, texture, and balance? This is the class for you.

This class will be our first dive into the mechanics and philosophies of mixology, as opposed to the spirits used in cocktails. Space is limited as participants will be sampling four different iterations of this classic cocktail.

TO ATTEND

This seated, limited-capacity indoor event is open to anyone interested in attending. Please make every effort to arrive on-time, as this is not a drop-in event.

Academy Homeroom courses are open to all and cover a wide array of topics. These courses are free or discounted for Academy members.
