    Join us at The Academy with wine director Michael Wells for another special collaboration with Mat Schuster, chef owner of Canela Bistro, for a journey through a flight of 5 Spanish wines paired with gourmet small plates, showcasing the varied gastronomy of Spain!

The Academy SF offers classes, workshops, tastings, food pairings, travel, and other engaging events focused on the shared interest in wine among LGBTQ+ people and allies.
 
The wine program and list, curated by Wine Director Michael Wells, CS, is particularly focused on queer, BIPOC, and female voices often underrepresented in the industry.
