The Academy is fully committed to ensuring the safety of our members, staff, and guests at all times, and in particular during the covid-19 pandemic


  • A well-fitted face covering is required for entry to The Academy, and in all INDOOR areas, except when actively eating or drinking. This mask rule will be politely but firmly enforced by our staff and we ask that all members and guests readily comply.

  • In order to further protect our staff, members, guests, and their families from the spread of COVID-19 and the associated variants of concern, we are asking that any guest who wishes to remain INDOORS show valid proof of full vaccination, via physical card, photo of valid card, or government issued QR code.

  • For any members or guests who would rather not divulge their health status, separate arrangements will be made to ensure their safety, as well as that of the staff and other guests.

  • The Academy is requiring all staff to be fully vaccinated in order to work. At this time, all members of our staff are 100% fully vaccinated.

  • Social Club Members and Academy Daylight subscribers showing proof of vaccination status need only do so on their initial visit following implementation of this policy, or upon joining as a member / subscriber.

As we work together as a community during the COVID-19 pandemic, it is essential that we focus on guidelines and protocols to keep everyone safe and healthy. 

We also recognize that state and local guidelines are often changing, and will update our protocols as new information becomes available. There may be new requirements with your visit to the Club in addition to - or different from - what is stated on this page. Please bear with us as we do our absolute best to stay in compliance and keep everyone safe. 


Out of respect for everyone's safety and enjoyment, we are asking all members, staff, and guests to abide by the following guidelines:

  1. All Academy events are being held with consideration to the most up-to-date state and local guidelines.

  2. Staff members each have their temperature checked upon arrival to work, and are taken through a detailed set of symptom check questions before they can clock in for their shift.

  3. Staff members must wash their hands thoroughly before starting work, and at all times based on health department guidelines.

  4. All areas of The Club are thoroughly sanitized throughout the day, as well as deep-cleaned on a regular basis.

  5. Self-serve refreshment stations have been removed.

  6. Ample hand sanitizer is available throughout all areas of the Club, as well as an additional hand washing station on the Main Level. We encourage Members and guests to frequently wash/sanitize hands during your visit.

  7. If a Member has been diagnosed with covid-19, is showing any symptoms, or has had direct contact with an individual diagnosed with or suspected to have covid-19 in the past 14 days, we ask that they postpone their visit, and ask anyone in their party to not attend if the same applies to them.
