CLASS INFORMATION
A key ingredient in many great cocktails is a dash of bitters. But what exactly ARE bitters...and how are they made? Join us for an interactive one-hour lab where two experts (and Academy members!) will help you make a custom bottle of bitters that meets your specific tastes. And the best part is that you can take it home with you – or enjoy it in a cocktail at the bar right after the class.

TICKETS
$30; $25 for Academy Members; (includes a take-home one-ounce bottle of bitters + a voucher for a six-flight tasting at the Treecraft Distillery on Treasure Island)
Note: guests may purchase up to three bottles of Treecraft distillery signature spirits. Bottles will be shipped to you for an additional $10 or delivered to The Academy for pick up at no charge.

DRINKS
The Academy offers a full bar with cocktails, wine, and beer available for purchase (beer, house wine, and "well" mixed drinks are complimentary for Social Club Members).
CLUB INFORMATION
The Club will also be open during regular hours for Members and their guests who do not wish to attend or do not have a ticket for this event.
