ABOUT THE EVENT

Join wine director Michael Wells for the last Academy of Wine of the year with Champagne house Canard-Duchêne! In 1859, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims in Ludes, the romance between Victor Canard, a barrel-maker, and Léonie Duchêne, a grower's daughter, blossomed. By 1868, they created the eponymous Maison Canard-Duchêne, driven by a bold vision: to reveal the exceptional potential of their hillside village, located in the heart of the prestigious Montagne de Reims.

COST

$40 all non-member invited guests; 20% off for Academy Members.

EVENT LOCATION

This event will be held indoors in the top floor Club Room.

BEVERAGES

Beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) will be available for purchase that are not part of the tasting. Academy Social Club Members receive certain beverages complimentary. Ask your bartender or host for details.
