About the Event
We're excited to welcome back Chef David Groff (former Zuni chef, current instructor CIA Copia) for a special evening featuring small bites paired with wines chosen by our Wine Director, Michael Wells. You'll walk away with new skills and recipes, unique wine knowledge, and probably some new friends as well!Â
This event is open to all—you don't need to be a food or wine expert, just come to enjoy good company and delicious pairings!
MENU (small tasting portions, paired with 3oz wine pours)

- Risotto Milanese
Please note: for this pop-up event, we are not able to accommodate special dietary restrictions or substitutions.
Pairings will be announced at the event, curated by Michael Wells.

Beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and food items are available for purchase (in addition to the complimentary wines and food included with ticket price). Our menus can be found here. Academy Social Club Members receive certain beverages complimentary. Ask your bartender or host for details.
CLUB INFORMATION (FOR MEMBERS)
The Club will also be open during regular hours for Members and their guests not attending this event. Regular Club guest policy applies.
