With a mixture of calisthenics, body weight resistance, body balance, core strength and running; get stronger and more flexible with your fellow members, and get closer to your fitness goals!
Participants should wear workout appropriate clothing and bring a workout / yoga mat with them.

CLUB INFORMATION (FOR MEMBERS)
