Stop by The Academy and pick up a delicious Creole home-cooked to-go meal from Wanda's Cooking on Thursday, April 8, then tune in for a special live cooking segment to learn more.
This event is open to all. Academy Members may additionally make a reservation to hang out at The Club, then bring their meal home afterwards (meals are to-go / takeout only).
MENU — Serving for 2 — $49:
Traditional Jambalaya — Savory rice cooked with prawns, chicken and sausage and spring salad with Meyer lemon vinaigrette
OR Veggie Jambalaya — Savory rice cooked with yellow beets, parsnips, broccolini with a spring salad with Meyer lemon vinaigrette
Sweet Potato Cornbread — Cornbread baked with the sensation of sweet potatoes — butter not required.
