ABOUT THE EVENT

Announcing a Divas & Drinks double play for SF Pride 2022!

On May 26, come celebrate the 2022 SF Pride Grand Marshals, including Grammy nominee and trailblazing singer/songwriter Melanie DeMore—Member's Choice!—who will be performing a special set. SF Opera will also be in the house, featuring renowned Opera Symphony violinist Dawn Harms who is also the Conductor and Artistic Director of the Bay Area Rainbow Symphony. If you enjoy film music, chances are that you have admired Dawn's work, as she additionally regularly records at Skywalker Studios for movies and video games. Award-winning Chip McNeal—SF Opera's talented Director of Diversity, Equity, and Community—will also be featured.  Donna Sachet, now a Pride living legend, will be your host for the evening. Master of the turntables DJ Olga T, presented by Olivia, will make her first appearance at Divas & Drinks! Bacardí VP Heather Freyer and her team of talented mixologists will wet your whistle, and we have other surprises too. It will be a night of operatic proportions! You are also cordially invited to the second event of our Pride double header: the 2022 SF Pride President's Party on June 23. Carolyn Wysinger, the President of SF Pride, and her team are not holding back for what promises to be an epic event! After Carolyn's years of being SF Pride President, this will be the first time that she will be able to present a live and in-person Pride Parade and Celebration—and Party at Divas & Drinks. Your DJs for the evening will be DJ Rockaway and DJ Christie. A Met Gala superstar has her eyes on this event, so let's see what happens. Join us and find out!

$10 all non-member invited guests; Academy Members & their invited guests FREE (up to 5 guests).

CLUB INFORMATION (FOR MEMBERS)

The Club will be open during regular hours (5-11pm Thursdays) for Members and their guests not attending this special event. 

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Beverages for purchase and limited complimentary bites will be available (house wine, beer, & well drinks complimentary for Members). Food will also be available for purchase through The Academy.
