Join StartOut for an evening at The Academy, where an eclectic panel of speakers will share their experience with LGBTQ+ Identity in the Workplace. Explore such challenges as the lack of LGBTQ+ BIPOC representation in leadership, lack of trans visibility, and bi-erasure.

Discover how entrepreneurs and leaders practice inclusivity when building work cultures and how they express their own identities at work. “By the way, I’m gay.” How do we find our community when remote and hybrid work makes it harder to connect organically?

You’ll hear different approaches to identity expression at work and mingle with LGBTQ+ Startup Founders, VCs, and aspiring entrepreneurs in a gorgeous environment built for our community! Allies are encouraged to join!

CLUB INFORMATION (FOR MEMBERS)

The Club will also be open during regular hours (Wednesdays 5-11pm) for Members and their guests, regardless of event attendance. Regular Club guest policy applies.
