Queer Cinema Trivia with Jan Wahl & Jay Barmann

Emmy-winning producer, entertainment reporter and film critic, (and wearer of many hats!) Jan Wahl, will lead an evening out in the garden of fabulous & salacious trivia, focusing on queer cinema from all eras. Ms. Wahl will be joined by co-host Jay Barmann, Editor In Chief of SFist and Academy Member (whom you may also know from trivia night at Hi Tops). 

Gather a group of friends (teams of up to 6), and get your tickets to compete for the title of Trivia Champions!

ABOUT JAN WAHL

In her career as San Francisco’s favorite movie reviewer and film historian, Jan Wahl has interviewed them all from Gregory Peck to Ben Affleck and Meryl Streep to Renee Zellweger. San Francisco turns to Wahl for the scoop on Hollywood, celebrities and film lore and history. Jan’s hilarious, Mae West-ish delivery and her exhaustive knowledge of films and Hollywood insider information make Jan the most sought-after speaker in her field.

ABOUT JAY BARMANN

Jay Barmann is a writer, storyteller, trivia host, and journalist with nearly two decades experience with all of the above. He is currently the Editor In Chief of SFist.com. Jay is passionate about supporting the arts and LGBTQ causes, and has also done a fair bit of food and cocktail writing, theater criticism, photography, and succulent gardening.

CLUB INFORMATION (FOR MEMBERS)

The Club will also be open during regular hours (Wednesdays 5-11pm) for Members and their guests not attending this event. The Outdoor Terrace will be for ticketholders only.
