Queer Connection: Embracing Aging

Welcome to our new series Queer Connection, a "discussion social" event led by Digger Keith.

July 6 "Embracing Aging":

No matter your current age, "getting old" can sound scary in our ageist, youth-focused culture. But "old" needn't be a "bad word" as every age has its potential upsides. In this discussion-social, queers of all ages will gather to connect, learn, & share the unique & wonderful gifts that years of life can bring. We'll also explore how to prepare for keeping up our spirits, mindset, self-love, connection, and power as we age. After our discussion we'll end with some drinks to toast life!

Digger Keith has been an LGBT relationship, sex, & charisma coach since 2016 and the headmaster of Queericulum for Comfort & Joy since 2010. The Club will also be open during regular hours (Wednesdays 5-11pm) for Members and their guests not attending this event.

Beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and food items are available for purchase. Academy Social Club Members receive certain beverages complimentary. Ask your bartender or host for details.
