The Academy's 1st Annual Spring Banquet

It's The Academy's first annual Spring Banquet! We have made big strides in the past few months including expanding to a new space next door, and we invite you to dine with us to celebrate in style!

Join Wine Director Michael Wells and Chef Chad of Classic Culinaire for this seated five-course dinner with wine pairings, as we celebrate our new event hall, and toast to a prosperous year ahead! 

Tickets include wine pairings, with non-alcoholic and vegetarian options available. 

7:00pm - Sparkling hour w/ live music & welcome bite

8:00pm - Dinner w/ welcome toast

Welcome Bite

chanterelle arancini ~ smoked paprika aioli

First Course

roasted golden beet, warm laura chenel chevre, arugula, candied pecan, raspberry emulsion

Second course

caramelized diver scallop, parsnip mousse, white truffle oil, meyer lemon beurre blanc

vegetarian Option: Porcini mushroom panzerotti pasta, parsnip mousse, sage cream sauce

Third Course

cabernet braised beef short rib, yukon potato galette, crispy brussel sprout, sauce bordelaise

vegetarian Option: Yukon gold potato galette, crispy brussels sprout, balsamic reduction, shaved parmesan

Dessert

tahitian vanilla crème brulée, pirouette cookie

Beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and food items are available for purchase (in addition to the wine pairings included with ticket price). Our menus can be found here. Academy Social Club Members receive certain beverages complimentary. Ask your bartender or host for details.

CLUB INFORMATION (FOR MEMBERS)

The Club will also be open during regular hours for Members and their guests regardless of event attendance. Regular Club guest policy applies.
