About the Event
After a sold-out event last year, it's time for The Academy's 2nd annual Spring Banquet! Join Wine Director Michael Wells and Chef Chad of Classic Culinaire for this seated five-course dinner with wine pairings, as we celebrate spring, and toast to a prosperous year ahead!Â
Tickets include wine pairings, with non-alcoholic and vegetarian options available.Â
Seating will be assigned.
7:00pm - Sparkling hour music & welcome bite
8:00pm - Dinner w/ welcome toast
Welcome Bite
smoked salmon blini ~ herb pancake blini, dill crème fraiche
wild mushroom tart ~ puff pastry, laura chenel chevre and wild mushroom mousse
First Course
cauliflower bisque ~ meyer lemon reduction, toasted pine nuts
artisan bread ~ whipped butter
Second course
pan roasted black cod ~ herbed gnocchi, asparagus and sage cream
(vegetarian option) herbed gnocchi ~ asparagus and sage cream
Third Course
petite filet mignon ~ sweet potato puree, garlic chard, chimichurri
(vegetarian option) quinoa stuffed acorn squash ~ garlic chard, chimichurri
Dessert
strawberry shortcake ~ orange cream, fresh berries, raspberry compote

Reserve your ticket(s) for this seated, limited-capacity indoor event, open to all. Please make every effort to arrive on-time, as this is not a drop-in event.

The Club will also be open during regular hours for Members and their guests regardless of event attendance. Regular Club guest policy applies.
